Our service functions nationwide via low-cost express mail, toll-free phone, and e-mail. 2D gel electrophoresis has been around a while but is still the best method for resolving complex mixtures of proteins for discovery and characterization. Once proteins have been identified from 2D gels by mass spectrometry, protein arrays or Elisa assays may be employed for high-throughput screening. Kendrick Labs specializes in 2D gel electrophoresis (2-DE) and generally has a turnaround time of about a week for the basic method. With over two decades of experience we can meet all requirements including computerized 2D gel analysis using Progenesis SameSpot software, silver, Coomassie and Sypro ruby staining, laser and fluorescent scanning, autoradiography, transblotting, Western blotting and protein identification by mass spectrometry. SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (1DE) is also provided as needed.
